We will perform a proper and thorough cleaning of your complete air system using state of the art equipment, which will remove all contaminants and debris. Once the system is entirely cleaned, we will then introduce a 100% non-toxic sanitizer, which eliminates any residual bacteria or viruses that may remain in the system. We also will introduce a deodorizer, which will leave the system with a fresh, clean scent. For year-round elimination of airborne bacteria and viruses, we install an ultraviolet light within the air handler. This system operates 24 hours a day and uses approximately $2.30 per month in electricity. Rounding out this packing is the installation of a electrostatic filter, which captures approximately 94% of fine particles, reducing the re-circulation contaminants throughout your dwelling.
